Point to point
A station drop, a dinner in Rye, a house in Chappaqua to an office in Purchase.
One fixed quote for the route, confirmed before you book.

River towns, the Sound Shore and the corporate corridor, driven by chauffeurs who know which station entrance a car can wait at. The fare is fixed before you confirm, and the airport run follows your flight rather than the clock.
The short version, before the detail.
Metro-North · three lines
Metro-North runs three lines through the county and almost every town sits on one of them. Two journeys come out of that: the drive to the platform, and the drive that replaces the train when the timetable does not fit yours.
Yonkers to Croton-Harmon, by the river
The stations sit below the villages, down at the water, and the roads to them are narrow and one way in places. We drop at the entrance nearest your platform rather than at the car park.
White Plains to Katonah, up the middle
The line through the centre of the county, and the one that runs closest to the office corridor. White Plains is the busiest kerb of the three, so we name a side street rather than the forecourt.
New Rochelle to Port Chester, on the Sound
The Sound Shore towns, with the Boston Post Road running alongside and I-95 above it. Which of the two we use is decided by the hour you are travelling, not by the map.
Give us the train you are aiming at instead of a pickup time and we work the drop back from it. Two adults and two cases at the platform entrance beats a parked car and a walk in the rain.
Late meeting, early flight, a line suspended, or a Sunday timetable that does not reach where you are going. The same car simply drives the journey, priced on the route and fixed before you confirm.
Give us the train you are aiming at and the drop is timed to it rather than to the hour. Miss it, and the same car can drive you instead.
HPN and I-287
The county's working addresses sit in a band across the middle of it: the airport at the top, I-287 running east to west, and the campuses hung off both.
Westchester County Airport
HPN sits between White Plains and Purchase, ten to forty minutes from most of the county. It is small enough that a car can meet you at the door. Tell us the building you are using and the chauffeur will be standing at it.
I-287, the Cross Westchester
The expressway runs east to west across the county, from the Thruway at Tarrytown to I-684 and the Connecticut line. Most of the corridor sits within a mile of it, and it is the first road here to fill at either end of the day.
Purchase and Harrison
The campuses are set back from the road behind their own driveways, and the gate a car needs is rarely the address on the letterhead. Give us the building when you book and we will find the entrance before you need it.
A day on the corridor
Three buildings in a morning is an hourly booking, not three fares. Four hours minimum, up to sixteen in one booking, with the chauffeur waiting between stops instead of you re-booking at each one.
Vans and buses
The parkways are closed to commercial vehicles, so anything larger than an SUV takes I-287, I-684 or the Thruway. We work that route out when we quote, so the time you are given already allows for it.
The Cuomo Bridge is tolled, and so is every crossing into New Jersey. Tolls go on the quote at cost, the same as parking, never added afterwards.
Not what each place holds, but what it does to a car. Where it can stop, which road reaches it, and when that road is full.
Playland Parkway, Rye
Reached off the Boston Post Road on its own short parkway, with one road in and the same road out. A pickup point agreed before you go in beats one arranged from inside the queue.
Route 9, Sleepy Hollow
Everything here hangs off Route 9, which narrows through the village centre and has nowhere obvious for a car to hold. We agree a meeting point when you book rather than circle for one.
Hastings-on-Hudson to Ossining
Village centres strung along one road above the Hudson, each with a narrow main street and its station down at the water. A pickup a corner off the main street is quicker than one on it.
Anderson Hill Road, Purchase
A campus of separate halls set around one loop road, with performances and term dates that empty several of them at once. Name the building rather than the campus and the car waits at it.
New Rochelle to Port Chester
The Boston Post Road links the New Haven Line towns and carries the local traffic the whole way. I-95 is faster when it is moving and slower when it is not, so we choose between them by the hour.
Tarrytown to Rockland County
The Tappan Zee crossing, and the way west from the north of the county. It is tolled, the toll goes on the quote at cost, and it is the stretch of a Newark run we build the extra time into.
Bronx River, Saw Mill, Hutchinson
Narrow lanes, stone overpasses and no commercial vehicles at all. A sedan or an SUV may use them; a Sprinter or a bus takes I-287, I-684 or the Thruway instead.
Chappaqua, Mount Kisco, Katonah
Furthest from the airports and least served by anything that is not a car. The roads are dark and narrow after nightfall, so we build time in rather than shave it.
Give us the flight number and the pickup follows the aircraft. Every arrival includes 60 minutes of wait time, and the fare is quoted for the route.
JFK
Down the Hutchinson River Parkway and over the Whitestone in a sedan; a van takes I-95 and the Throgs Neck. Both crossings are tolled.
50-95 min
LGA
Usually the shortest of the three from here. Either over the Whitestone or down through the Bronx to the RFK Bridge.
40-80 min
EWR
Either across the Cuomo Bridge and down through Rockland, or through the Bronx and over the George Washington. Both are tolled.
50-100 min
HPN
The county's own airport, between White Plains and Purchase. Minutes away from most of the county.
10-40 min
Drive times are typical, not guaranteed. Traffic, weather and roadworks all move them, which is why we watch the flight instead of the clock.
Three formats cover everything we do here, and every one is quoted before you confirm.
A station drop, a dinner in Rye, a house in Chappaqua to an office in Purchase.
One fixed quote for the route, confirmed before you book.
A morning of meetings along I-287, or an evening where the car waits rather than being re-booked at every stop.
Blocks of four to sixteen hours, with the car staying and waiting included.
JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty or HPN, with the flight watched and 60 minutes of wait time on every arrival.
Quoted per vehicle for the airport and the address, with the flight watched.
Charged on top
A car service that promises to beat traffic is a car service that will be late and surprised about it.
A sedan covers a station drop and an airport run. Seats and luggage decide the rest, and a van or a bus means the parkways are out and I-287 is in.
Westchester is where a great many of our journeys start. It is rarely where they end.
